Sevil Oz Sabanli Sevil graduated from Cerrahpasa Faculty of Medicine, and received her general surgery specialization from the same faculty. She was an administrator and a general surgeon at International Hospital and other A-group hospitals for many years and the host of her own health TV shows, "Bless You" on Sky 360 and "Miracle Lives" on Fox Tv. She also has an online health platform, www.meme-kanser.biz, where she consults thousands of patients. She has been on the executive boards of many breast health foundations. She is the author of the breast health book, "I Love My Breasts" (Mememi Seviyorum).
Here, she loves turning the fruits and flowers she picks into jams. She especially is a fan of the dishes and drinks she makes with the elderflower of this region. |
Bora Sabanli Bora graduated from Heybeliada Naval Academy, and Istanbul University Faculty of Economics' International Relations department. He worked as a Naval Officer, Mechanical Engineer and Lighting Designer for over 20 years in South Africa and New Zealand. He went back to Turkey in 2012 and founded the Sabanli Elderly Home.
Here, he enjoys making his signature dishes sucuk, goose, and lady's thigh meatballs. He loves playing the classical Turkish music instrument, kanun. Together they enjoy baking bread, croissants, and pogaca. |
