Chef Tharwa completed her Culinary studies at Capsicum Culinary Studio in Cape Town in 2009. At the age of 23, she secured the position of head chef at Romney Park Hotel. She was at the helm of their kitchen for 4 years. In that time and since then, she has serviced the likes of: heads of state, captains of industry and royal families. She is accustomed to serving the best and to this end, she has a deep love for fresh, seasonal produce and incorporating it into her farm-to-table approach to food. She loves hosting seasonal cooking workshops at Méyana!
