Hi There! I am chef Tharwa. I completed my Culinary studies at Capsicum Culinary Studio in Cape Town in 2009. At the age of 23, I secured the position of head chef at Romney Park Hotel. I was at the helm of their kitchen for 4 years. In that time and since then, I have serviced the likes of: heads of state, captains of industry and royal families. I am accustomed to serving the best and to this end, I have a deep love for fresh, seasonal produce and incorporating it into my farm-to-table approach to food. I look forward to hosting our cooking workshops at Méyana!
